Pegasus Title Services provides transaction coordinator services to all parties involved when acting as closing / title agent, including, but not limited to:

  • Calendaring and distributing deadlines and dates between listing and cooperating agents and lenders.
    Notifying all parties as deadlines approach and ensuring conformity with all deadlines (i.e. deposit due dates; inspection period / due diligence deadliness; financing approval deadlines).
  • Coordinating and communicating with the buyer, seller, real estate agents, and lender to ensure that all inspections have been performed, surveys ordered, open permit and lien searches delivered, title work and closing documents delivered, and all other matters incident to closing have been met.
  • Contacting agents upon closing to confirm completion of the transaction and to notify that commission checks and copies of closing statements available for disbursement.
  • Verifying with both seller and buyer that closing has been completed, sending out packages of signed closing documents, and outgoing wire confirmations to seller to confirm that the transaction has closed and disbursed.
